LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A suspect is in custody Tuesday morning following an overnight barricade in the west valley, according to police.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responding to reports of a domestic disturbance in the 5800 block of West Lake Mead Boulevard around 9:24 p.m. on Monday.

When one of the individuals involved refused to exit the home, police deemed the incident a barricade. SWAT and crisis negotiators responded to the scene, and were able to get the individual to peacefully exit the apartment.
The individual was taken into custody.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
