LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The teen accused of a deadly 12-car crash now faces four additional felony charges, Clark County court records say.
According to court records, Jose Gutierrez, 19, is facing two open murder charges and one attempted murder charge.
The crash happened on Nov. 18 at 3:29 p.m. at Cheyenne Avenue and Jones Boulevard.

Police said a driver was speeding eastbound on Cheyenne approaching Jones and did not stop in time for a red light, hitting multiple other cars waiting at the intersection.
On Wednesday, officials identified the two victims who died as a result of the crash. A 20-year-old passenger and a 38-year-old driver died following the pile-up.
Gutierrez is expected to appear in court on Friday.
