LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Suspended Las Vegas Metro Police Sergeant Kevin Menon is facing a new grand jury indictment, court documents reveal.
The indictment came down on Friday, adding new charges of Capturing an Image of a Private Area of Another Person to Sgt. Menon’s long list of charges.
This is his third indictment in the last six months. Previous indictments have charged Menon with conducting illegal arrests as an LVMPD officer and owning child pornography.
Menon is facing 28 charges involving the hidden camera, which span from September 27, 2024 through October 20, 2024.
An indictment added that the cameras were discovered while Menon was out on bail for his previous pending charges.
He is due back in court for his illegal arrests case on April 21.
