LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix will return through at least 2027 under an extended contract announced by organizers, who also revealed a star-studded lineup of performers for this year’s race weekend.
Artists have been announced for the festivities surrounding the Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix, entering the entertainment capital of the world for its third year.
In a release from Formula One, it was announced that performances from T-Pain, Machine Gun Kelly and Zedd are expected to command the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere stage during F1 weekend in November.
In addition to those artists, performances from Sofi Tukker, Jess Glynne, Cimafunk, Balu Brigada and Cassian were announced. F1 officials describe the planned performances as “festival-like,” with a stage located near the Las Vegas Sphere.
The event’s original three-year contract was extended through 2027, officials announced June 14. Emily Prazer, president of the Las Vegas Grand Prix and chief commercial officer of Formula One, said the intent is to arrange a longer-term agreement.
“As we all know, the race has had its challenges, but we’re coming out the other side,” Prazer told The Associated Press. “So we want to make sure that it continues to work for both sides.”
The Las Vegas Grand Prix was featured in the 2025 motion picture F1: The Movie starring Brad Pitt. Those scenes were reportedly filmed during the 2024 Grand Prix weekend.
F1 weekend in Las Vegas is Nov. 20 through 22.
