LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Nevada Secretary of State’s Office has announced the results of its voter roll maintenance efforts in 2025.
According to the state’s office, more than 138,000 voters were found inactive, and nearly 177,000 voter registrations will be canceled.
Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar says the maintenance done for the upcoming election cycle is an important part of preparation.
Officials report that, under state and federal law, routine notices were sent to voters across Nevada’s 17 counties. This gives voter the chance to update their address if they have moved or would like their registration canceled.
Officials say voters can check and update their voter registration information on Vote.NV.gov.
