LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The 911 calls made in the late March valley-wide carjacking spree and police pursuit have been released.

The carjackings and pursuit happened after a deadly shooting at Aliante Casino the morning of March 27th, 2025.

In nearly every call, you can hear blaring police sirens as witnesses describe what happened while first responders try to piece everything together in real time.

911 caller: “You need fire, paramedics, everything. There’s been a major crash at Tropicana and Boulder Highway. Like we’re in the intersection that hit the bus stop, I think there’s people there, there’s cops already here, but we need paramedics like fast.”

That call was just one piece of the puzzle after police say 19-year-old Aerion Warmsley led them on a dangerous pursuit around the valley.

About a half an hour after the deadly casino shooting, Metro Police say there’s a car crash near Spring Mountain and the I-15, and then a carjacking.

911 caller: “He just told me to get out the car, so I rolled out the car.”

Dispatcher: “Did he take your car as well?”

911 caller: “Yes.”

Police chased the car to Boulder Highway where there’s a second carjacking. This time, at a drive-thru at a fast-food restaurant.

One of those carjacking victims wasn’t about to let the suspect get away with her car. She knew exactly where he was headed because she tracked it!

Dispatcher: “OK, so what is the reason that you’re calling for?”

911 caller: “The high-speed chase that’s happening in Henderson. The guy took my phone and my car, so I have his location.”

Dispatcher: Oh, you’re tracking it, is what you’re saying?”

911 caller: “Uh huh.”

Dispatcher: “So, he stole it from you, do you personally know him?”

911 caller: “No! He had a gun, he’s armed.”

Dispatcher: “You’re the victim, OK.”

The carjacking victims aren’t the only ones hurt in all of this.

911 caller: “I’m on Tropicana and Boulder, and the guy crashed into another car pretty badly and then took out the bus stop, and it looks like somebody’s just laying on the rocks. I mean they hit a light pole and crushed the light pole. It’s a mess. Two cars are absolutely destroyed.”

The police dispatch report shows it all ended around 9 a.m. when officers ram the vehicle to a stop near Boulder Highway and Sahara.

Since the suspect was flying down Boulder Highway over 100 miles per hour, the Metro Police dispatch report also shows officers asked to authorize a pit maneuver over normal speeds to make sure the suspect was stopped in his tracks.

The teenage suspect was taken to the hospital for injuries, and then booked into the North Las Vegas Jail.

The suspect, 19-year-old Aerion Warmsley, faces 28 felony charges.
