LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Sources tell FOX5 that Deputy Chief Brandon Brooks and Capt. Anthony Niswonger were told Monday they would need to ‘resign or be fired.’

Sources also said the two were told to give their decision by this Thursday.

The ultimatum is similar to one given to former Chief Hollie Chadwick in February and Deputy Chief Jonathan Boucher in June.

Monday was also Reggie Rader’s first day in his role as Chief of Police for the Henderson Police Department.

However, it is currently unknown who had the deciding hand in the firings of Brooks and Niswonger.

FOX5 has reached out to the City of Henderson for additional details and is waiting to hear back.
