LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Two senate bills are making their way through the state legislature aimed toward elections.
Senate bill 100 would make it a felony if an election is not certified in a timely manner. That included voting machines not processing ballots in time, specifically the owners of the machines.
Senate bill 102 aims to prevent fake electors from certifying the Electoral College votes.
