LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Metro Police have arrested two men in connection to a deadly shooting inside a Downtown Las Vegas business earlier this month.

According to LVMPD, on Jan. 13, around 10:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of a man shot in the 200 block of West Utah Avenue near Main Street and Las Vegas Boulevard.

The responding officers found the man suffering from gunshot wounds inside a business in the area. LVMPD reports the man died on the scene.

Detectives with LVMPD identified 33-year-old Curtis Hart and 23-year-old Marshel Busby as the suspects in the shooting.

Hart was already in custody at the Clark County Detention Center for unrelated charges, and was rebooked for Open Murder and Robbery with a Deadly Weapon on Wednesday, Jan. 21.

Busby was located by officers and arrested on the same day for the same charges.

Both made their initial appearance in front of a judge Thursday morning.
