LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – UNLV men’s soccer will resume its five-game homestand vs. Kansas City at 7 p.m. Thursday at Peter Johann Memorial Field.

The Rebels (3-3) have strung together a two-match win streak after earning back-to-back shutouts over CSUN and CSU Bakersfield. They face a Roos (3-2-2) squad that has picked up each of its three wins on the road this year.

PURCHASE TICKETS: Season tickets to UNLV soccer games — $25 for seniors, faculty, staff and alumni and $35 for the general public — can be purchased at UNLVTickets.com or by calling 702-739-3267. Single-game tickets are $6 per adult when purchased in advance of game day, $10 or $8 for seniors, faculty, staff and alumni at the door. Admission is free for kids in high school (with a student ID) and ages 12 or younger.

NOTES:

  • Following Gabe Sanchez’s game-winner vs. CSUN, the Rebels have now started the year with goals in six consecutive contests.
  • During the 2024 campaign, the Rebels have combined for three shutouts. Two of those have come from Hugo Lemos (vs. Tulsa and CSUN) and the other was provided by senior James Anderson (at CSU Bakersfield).
  • In two home matches this season, the Rebels have yet to concede a goal at Peter Johann Memorial Field while posting a 2-0 record.
