LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – UNLV senior wide receiver Ricky White III is one of just 50 players included on the Walter Camp Football Foundation watch list for its 2024 Player of the Year Award, the nation’s fourth-oldest individual college football accolade, and presented by David McDermott Lexus of New Haven.

White III, who was named 2024 Preseason Second Team All-America by Walter Camp, Phil Steele and Athlon Sports, is college football’s leading returning receiver after finishing with a school-record 1,483 yards last fall. He also tied the UNLV mark for receptions in a season with 88 and became the first Rebel ever to post five consecutive games with at least 100 receiving yards. He was earlier named to the 2024 watch list of the Maxwell Award, which also goes to the nation’s top collegiate player.
