LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Clark County Fire Department report a vacant house fire Wednesday evening in east Las Vegas.

CCFD reports a fire broke out at 4949 E. Harmon Avenue near Nellis Boulevard at 6:57 p.m.

The arriving fire units reported seeing smoke and fire when they arrived at the single story boarded up home.

Fire crews started putting water on the fire at 7:09 p.m and were able to knock down the fire once crews made entry into the vacant home.

No injuries to firefighters were reported.

The cause of the fire has not been determined and there is no cost estimate of the damage.
