LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A burglar uses a saw to cut his way into businesses, then busts a hole through a wall.
FOX5 obtained surveillance video of this dramatic scene, last August, happening in a complex off Sandhill Road and Sunset Road.
For months, the businesses had not heard word of any arrests, until they got a notice from the court, and they looked up the defendant’s name: Shawn David Morrow.
FOX5 had been tracking a very similar crime, when the suspect in the same court case, according to police, busted through a wall of a podcast studio.
Morrow will be sentenced in January. According to court documents, Morrow will pay restitution to businesses in all the cases, including ones dismissed.
