LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Board of Trustees wants to know what valley residents want in the next Clark County School District Superintendent
According to a district release, the survey is “designed to gather perceptions of CCSD and the importance of various characteristics found in effective superintendents.” The survey will be conducted by Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates, who were selected by the board to lead the search.
The district will then use the gathered feedback to determine the desired characteristics for the next candidate for the role.
The superintendent search process is anticipated to take several months, with the goal of selecting a new superintendent by Nov. 1
The survey, however, will close on Tuesday, Sept. 3.
