LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A woman is fighting for her life after crashing into a garage in the south valley Saturday morning.
According to Las Vegas Metro Police, the crash occurred in the 4300 block of Eagle Summit Avenue, near Silverado Ranch and Arville, around 9:06 a.m.
Evidence at the scene showed that a 33-year-old woman driving a 2007 Toyota Rav4 left the road and struck the garage and south wall of a nearby home. Police add that the crash significantly damaged the front of the vehicle and the home.
The woman was taken to UMC Trauma, where her injuries were determined to be life-threatening.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
