LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of shooting and killing two people on the Las Vegas Strip last month has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury.
Manuel Ruiz, a local YouTuber, is facing two murder charges related to the fatal shooting of another YouTuber, Rodney Finley, and his wife, Tanisha, on June 8.
According to an arrest report, both YouTubers were livestreaming from Las Vegas Boulevard. Ruiz has also claimed he shot both Finleys in self-defense.
He walked into a Henderson Police Department station the next day to turn himself in.
Ruiz remains in custody without bail.
