LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of killing a content creator and his wife outside a Las Vegas Strip casino may face the death penalty, court records show.
Manuel Ruiz, known on YouTube as “Sin City Manny,” was previously indicted by a grand jury on murder charges in July. The shooting happened June 8 outside the Bellagio. Arizona-based YouTuber Rodney Finley, known online as “Finny Da Legend,” and his wife, Tanisha, died.

FOX5 obtained the grand jury evidence showing police response and public confusion that night.
When officers arrived at the scene, the couple was found with gunshot wounds. Metro identified Ruiz as the suspect. He turned himself in to Henderson police the next morning.

According to Ruiz’s arrest report, he told police the shooting was in self-defense. Police believe the shooting stemmed from a feud.
Court records show Ruiz remains in jail with no bail. He is due in court on Monday for an arraignment.
