LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Two Henderson men were found guilty for damaging rocks at Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Nevada.
Wyatt Clifford Fain and Payden David Guy Cosper were reported for pushing rocks off a cliff at Lake Mead on April 7, 2024.
The incident was caught on camera a little over a year ago.
The evidence was presented to a federal jury which was reviewed over a two-day trial.
The pair were found guilty for one count of injury and attacking of government property.
Fain and Cosper each face up to one year in prison, a fine of $100,000, or both penalties.
Sentencing is set for July 8, 2025.
