LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A third suspect has been extradited from Northern California to Las Vegas in connection with a deadly April shooting.
Police identified the suspect as 20-year-old Khalil Ratcliff. He was extradited from the Santa Clara County Jail on July 30 and booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of open murder, attempted robbery, discharging a gun into an occupied vehicle, and conspiracy.
Investigators say that on April 10, three men approached a man in his 50s inside his car and shot him. The victim attempted to drive away but crashed shortly after.

Two other suspects, 19-year-old Elijah Wayne Harris and 18-year-old Quin’Marion Washington, were previously arrested in the case.
