LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are investigating after a man was shot and killed by an unknown suspect early Sunday morning.
Around 2:11 a.m., officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of North Sandhill Road and Tully Avenue.
Arriving officers located a male suffering from gunshot wounds, who would later die at the scene.
An initial investigation revealed that the victim was approached by two individuals, who began arguing with him. One of the individuals produced a firearm during the argument and shot the victims, before fleeing the scene.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing, police say.
The identification of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
