LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting east of the Strip on Monday morning.
Around 3:43 a.m., officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a shooting near the 3900 block of Palos Verdes Street.
Arriving officers located a subject suffering from a gunshot wound, and transported them to the hospital.
The suspect is currently outstanding, though police are searching and a perimeter has been established in the surrounding area.
Police are advising the public to avoid the area while the search, and resulting investigation, are underway.
