LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Prosecutors in the Robert Telles murder trial Friday began by bringing in a witness to rebut the defendant’s testimony.
In a preview of the state’s rebuttal, they called Det. Clifford Mogg back to the witness stand to discuss the September 7 search warrant of Telles.
We also expect Robert Telles on the stand to redirect the state’s riveting cross-examination Thursday.
