LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of a deadly shooting at a northwest Las Vegas shopping center has been indicted by a grand jury, court records show.

District Court records show David Vasquez has been indicted, and the case is being set for trial. Records show he pleaded not guilty.

On June 17, police say Vasquez entered a Five Below store near Rainbow and Lake Mead boulevards. Police say he and the victim were in a fight before Vasquez used a firearm to shoot and kill him.

The indictment says Vasquez faces murder with a deadly weapon, discharge of a firearm within a structure or vehicle, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

Records say Vasquez is due for a status check in January.
