LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – An 18-year-old girl has been identified as a suspect in a deadly east Las Vegas shooting.
On Sept. 4, Ilana Ceniceros was arrested by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department on a murder charge.
Officers received reports about a shooting in the 3100 block of East Desert Inn Road on Aug. 29.
19-year-old Khoice Robertson was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside an apartment. He was transported to Sunrise Hospital, where he would later die.
An investigation revealed that Robertson was outside the apartment, having a conversation with an individual before the shooting. It is unclear if that individual was Ceniceros.
After the shooting, the individual was observed running through the apartment complex before jumping over a wall.
Ceniceros is currently booked at Clark County Detention Center and is set to appear before a judge on Thursday, Sept. 5.
