LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Nevada Department of Transportation will close I-15 ramps overnight to work on the Tropicana Avenue Interchange project.
NDOT would like drivers to be aware of these closures and directional changes taking place from Sunday, Sept. 8 to Tuesday, Sept. 10
Drivers should plan for southbound closures from Flamingo Road to Russell Road on Monday from 9 p.m. to Tuesday at 5 a.m.
On Sunday at 9 p.m., closures began Northbound, where I-15 closed from Russel Road to Tropicana Avenue. These road closures ended Monday morning.
Drivers can plan by using the I-15Trop NDOt app to help navigate traffic.
NDOT hopes the I-15 Tropicana project will enhance the experience for the growing number of visitors driving to and from sporting events to the Las Vegas Strip.
