LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Henderson Police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash.
According to police, authorities responded to Horizon Drive and Greenway just after 6 p.m. on Oct. 23.
Officials found a red 2007 Yamaha motorcycle collided with a white 2021 Tesla.
HPD reported the motorcycle was traveling westbound at a high rate of speed on Horizon Drive toward Greenway Road. When they failed to stop at the red light, hitting the Tesla as it was turning onto Greenway Road.
The 36-year-old rider was ejected from impact. The individual was taken to the hospital, where they later died.
HPD confirmed this is the eighteenth fatal accident in 2024 so far.
