LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A pedestrian is dead after a hit-and-run crash near downtown Las Vegas, police say.
Metro police said the crash happened at 6 p.m. at Main Street and Owens Avenue. Police said the driver involved fled the scene.
The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital where they died.
Police said the area will be closed until the investigation is complete.
