LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Two suspects involved in two Henderson bank robberies were arrested Sunday, police say.
Henderson police responded to an armed robbery at Chase Bank on 90 N. Stephanie Street around 9:08 a.m. The suspect was described as a black man armed with a black handgun.
Police say the man was seen climbing into the passenger side of a vehicle and fleeing the area.
A week later, police responded to another robbery at America First Credit Union on 10608 S. Eastern Avenue on Jan. 25 at 9:11 a.m. The incident involved the same suspect description, according to HPD.
No one was injured during either event.
Police were able to identify 23-year-old Denzel Jones and 21-year-old Trashauna Outlaw as suspects.
In collaboration with the FBI, North Las Vegas police, and Las Vegas Metro Police, Jones and Outlaw were located and arrested on Saturday, Feb. 1. Both were booked into Henderson Detention Center, and are facing charges of burglary with a deadly weapon, assault, and conspiracy to commit robbery.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
