LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Nevada State Police said a pedestrian was struck and killed on the Spring Mountain Road off-ramp of I-15 northbound late Thursday night.
According to a release, a vehicle was exiting I-15 at the eastbound Spring Mountain Rd. off-ramp, when it struck an adult pedestrian walking eastbound in the travel lane on the off-ramp. That pedestrian was taken to an area hospital where they died. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with law enforcement.
As of 1:00 A.M. Friday morning, I-15 northbound and southbound Spring Mountain Road off-ramps closed for the investigation.
