LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Clark County District Attorney is initiating grand jury proceedings in the deadly shooting of Brandon Durham.
According to a notice Thursday, the DA’s Office is providing Officer Alexander Bookman with a Marcum notice. This is a written notice of the State’s intent to initiate grand jury proceedings against him.
Officer Alexander Bookman was identified by Metro as the officer who shot Durham multiple times and killed him.
