LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – With the days ticking down until its self-imposed Feb. 2 strike deadline, the Las Vegas culinary union reached a tentative agreement with another Strip resort.
In a Tuesday night social media post, the union announced that it has agreed to terms with Treasure Island on a five-year deal. The contract covers over 1,000 hospitality workers.
The union is still seeking deals with 14 other independent resorts, including Rio, Sahara and Circa, for approximately 2,900 workers ahead of the Friday deadline.
