LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Nye County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed a third suspect has been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting at a Pahrump park.
Fabian Ferrante faces charges related to the shooting death of Joe Perry, 22, who was killed during a “Movies in the Park”event July 5 at Ian Deutch Memorial Park in Pahrump.
Days after the shooting, Ferrante and Anthony Aguilar surrendered to Nye County law enforcement after a weekend-long manhunt, FOX5 first reported. At that time, detectives didn’t have sufficient evidence to press charges against Ferrante.
After further investigation, detectives determined Ferrante was involved. He was arrested on Oct. 10. He now faces an open murder charge.
An additional suspect, Carlos Blakely, surrendered to police on July 7.
Aguilar and Blakely, who each face one count of conspiracy to commit murder and one count of open murder, pleaded not guilty on July 18. They are expected to be arraigned by a Nye County District Court judge on Nov. 20 at 9 a.m.
Neveah Miller, 18, was arrested on July 22 by the Nye County Sheriff’s Office. She faces charges including harboring, concealing, or aiding a felony offender, destroying or concealing evidence, and issuing a false statement to obstruct an officer.
Ferrante will appear in court on Oct. 16.
