LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Halloween arrived early in the neonatal intensive care unit at Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican’s Siena Hospital.
The hospital’s premature babies celebrated their first Halloween in costumes as part of this year’s Boo Bash event.

Though too small to go trick-or-treating, the infants were dressed in outfits supplied by parents or crafted by staff.
For many NICU families, the annual event creates lasting memories of a first Halloween spent in the hospital.
