LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas judge set bail Tuesday morning for a valley charter school assistant principal accused of child abuse.
Pernell Graham, 42, is facing multiple child abuse-related charges, including child abuse, kidnapping, and multiple counts of sexual assault with a child under 16, among others.

According to an arrest report, the victim accused Pernell of sexually abusing them multiple times while he was their P.E. teacher at Cram Middle School, then sending them money to keep quiet afterwards.
Judge Suzan Baucum set bail for Graham at $350,000 with high-level electronic monitoring, and ordered him to stay away from the victim, anyone under 18, and all CCSD schools.
He is due back in court on Thursday, March 26 for a status check.
