LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas woman has been indicted on federal charges for fraudulently obtaining Social Security payments for her late grandmother.

Narda Yvonne Locklear appeared in court for the first time this week.

Court documents say the Social Security Administration was not aware of her grandmother’s death. Documents say Locklear collected more than $365,000 in payments since 2009.

She is charged with multiple counts of bank fraud and identity theft. She faces up to 112 years in prison if convicted.

A trial is set to begin in May.
