LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Travelers flying out of Harry Reid International Airport can now check estimated TSA security checkpoint wait times before leaving for the airport.
Airport officials said the new feature is available on the LAS website and gives passengers near real-time insight into current security wait times, helping them better plan their trip to the terminal.

The website addition builds on the airport’s recent rollout of checkpoint wait times on Flight Information Display Screens inside the terminals and is part of LAS’ broader modernization efforts.
Officials cautioned that estimated wait times can change minute to minute and should not be used as a reason to arrive later than recommended.
Passengers are still advised to arrive two hours before domestic flights and three hours before international flights to allow for unexpected delays.
Travelers should also check with their airline for the latest flight updates.
