LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) said its Vital Records office was temporarily closed on Monday due to an unexpected system issue.
The closure affected in-person services for birth and death certificates, the district said in a post on social media.

SNHD said the issue has been resolved and services are restored.
The office will reopen on Tuesday.
