LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County firefighters responded to a semi-truck fire on the outskirts of the Las Vegas valley Tuesday morning.
According to RTC, the semi-truck caught fire on southbound I-15 at Valley of Fire Highway around 4:30 a.m. Fire crews arrived on scene around 5 a.m. and extinguished the flames quickly.

At one point, both I-15 lanes were closed, but the northbound lane has since reopened. Southbound lanes will remained closed for cleanup and investigation.
