LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas valley man accused of a deadly 12-car crash has a new trial date.
Jose Gutierrez appeared in a Clark County courtroom, where a judge set his jury trial for Nov. 30.

Gutierrez faces three counts of open murder, attempted murder, reckless driving and battery. Prosecutors alleged he intentionally caused a crash in November to kill his pregnant girlfriend.
Two other people were also killed.
His defense team argues he suffered a medical episode behind the wheel.
