The complex includes two- and three-bedroom apartments that come fully furnished with in-unit washers and dryers, audio-tactile walkways, accessible lighting systems and full ADA accessibility. The property also includes a shared community room.

Residents can access free support services through the Blind Center, including an AI learning lab, a food pantry and daily lunches, mental health navigators, orientation and mobility training, job training, and other daily living and low-vision resources.

The Blind Center said every design decision — from the specialized architecture to on-site services — was made to give residents “a true home with independence, dignity and community.”

Applications and a wait list are open at visionspark.org. More information on the Blind Center’s programs is available at blindcenter.org.
