LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released more body-worn camera footage from the deadly shooting inside a Smith’s grocery store.
Amanda and Victor Frias Rosas, who were employees at the store, were killed in what police described as a targeted attack. The suspect, Armando Estrada, was in a previous relationship with Amanda and was going through a custody battle at the time of the shooting.
Estrada is accused of shooting and killing the couple.

The newly released body camera footage captures officers responding to the scene and working to clear the store of customers and employees.
In the first video, officers can be heard on camera noting shell casings strewn across the floor, stretching from the produce area to aisle 4, where the victims were killed.
Officers worked to clear the rest of the building, including the back office area, bathrooms, and a bank inside the store. One employee was found in the bathrooms, hiding from the shooter but uninjured.
The employee shares with officers that she was the one to call 911 when the shooting began.
The store reopened last month, and a memorial remains outside the entrance for the victims.
During a vigil held after the shooting, family, community members and employees gathered to remember the couple.
“When you wake up in the morning, and you turn the news on, you never expect that when you see a story like this, that it would one day affect you,” one family member said. “We were one of those people. We were one of those families.”
Amanda’s daughter also spoke to the crowd about her mother and stepfather.
“First of all, they were truly a great couple. They were very beautiful,” she said. “And for second of all, she was like a weirdo, but that was okay. Because she made me laugh all the time. And for the third, they took care of us really well.”
