LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A motorcyclist is dead Monday morning after a crash in the southeast valley, according to police.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a crash involving an SUV and a motorcycle near Pecos and Russell roads around 7:10 a.m.

Police say the motorcyclist died at the scene. Additional details about the crash were not immediately available.
All lanes of the intersection are currently shut down for an ongoing investigation. Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
