LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Culinary Union announced a tentative agreement on a union contract with Oak View Group at Allegiant Stadium, according to a statement from the union.

The agreement covers more than 730 workers, including cooks, servers, bartenders, and concessions employees at the stadium.
Oak View Group operates food and beverage services inside Allegiant Stadium. The Culinary Union said workers had argued that despite Allegiant Stadium being named the highest-grossing stadium in the country, those employed inside had not received what the union described as the “Las Vegas standard” for wages and benefits.
OVG took over a contract covering those workers in early 2025, and negotiations for a new deal had been ongoing since last summer. Union members picketed outside Allegiant Stadium in March, delivering a petition signed by more than 200 workers. Union leaders called on Oak View Group to agree to a contract matching what workers receive at other major Las Vegas resorts, citing job security, raises, and health benefits.
FOX5 has reached out to OVG for their response.
