LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Salad and Go announced Tuesday that it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will permanently close all locations.
The company cites rising costs, past growth challenges, and declining consumer demand as the reasons for the shutdown. Salad and Go officials add that demand worsened by a recent industry-wide Cyclospora outbreak.
“This is a painful day for everyone who built, worked for and loved Salad and Go,” CEO Mike Tattersfield said. “Our mission was brought to life every day by an extraordinary team and embraced by guests who made us part of their routines. We are proud of what we built together and grateful to every team member, guest and partner who believed in it.”

Founded in 2013, Salad and Go opened its first Las Vegas location in January 2023 near Craig Road and 45th Street.
The chain continued to grow over the years to seven local spots, with its most recent Las Vegas opening in June 2025.
Salad and Go’s final day of service is Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
