LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Nevada Treasury is accepting entries for its sixth annual “What Do You Want to Be When You Grow Up” art contest.
The contest is open to all Nevada students in pre-K through 12th grade. Participants are invited to submit original artwork showing what they want to be when they grow up. Winners will be recognized at a special reception later this year.

First, second and third place winners will be selected from each grade level. First-place winners will receive $1,000, second-place winners will receive $500, and third-place winners will receive $250, all deposited into 529 college savings accounts.
The Treasury will also award a $250 gift card to the teacher with the most eligible submissions, recognizing their role in promoting students’ artistic and academic goals.
