LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The Clark County School District will provide free breakfast and lunch to all students during the 2026-27 school year, the district confirmed.
CCSD is participating in the Community Eligibility Provision, a federal program under the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act. Under the provision, families do not need to submit household income applications to receive meal benefits.

What the program covers
Free meals are available at all CCSD schools with in-person instruction. The district also participates in after-school and summer food programs.
Superintendent Jhone Ebert said “hungry students cannot learn in class,” adding that reliable access to free, healthy meals is critical for the district’s 280,000 students.
