LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Court proceedings in the trial of Duane “Keffe D” Davis, who is charged in connection with the 1996 homicide of Tupac Shakur, continued on Wednesday with further jury selection.
During the session, the state requested to place on the official record that a prospective juror who advanced to the next round of selection may have provided incorrect information regarding his criminal history.
Judge Carli Kierny indicated she had reviewed the individual’s record in justice court and scheduled further questioning for Thursday. The court did not disclose how the potential discrepancy was brought to light.
Davis was present in court wearing a white polo shirt and shook hands with his defense attorney.

Meanwhile, a prospective juror with a high school education was excused after stating she was uncertain how she would react to graphic homicide trial photographs.
