LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A pedestrian has been hospitalized following a crash in the east valley Friday morning.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of the crash around 5:17 a.m. at Eastern and Cedar avenues, near I-11.

Police say the pedestrian was located and transported to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.
The roadway is currently blocked on Cedar Avenue, between Eastern and 23rd Street.
The public is advised to avoid the area while an investigation is ongoing.
