LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Almond & Oat is celebrating the opening of their third location, expanding to downtown Las Vegas.
The new coffee shop is located inside shareDOWNTOWN in the Las Vegas Arts District, expanding further north after the opening of their first location in Henderson back in 2023.
A second location would later open near Sunset and Jones in December 2025.

“The Arts District has developed into one of the most creative and community-driven neighborhoods in Las Vegas,” said Kyle Cunningham, founder and CEO of The Coffee Class and Almond & Oat.
“We’re excited to bring Almond & Oat into that environment and create a space that feels welcoming and connected to the energy of the neighborhood.”
Created by the team behind The Coffee Class, Almond & Oat is a modern café with seating for about 30 guests, including custom banquettes and a window-side bar, in its nearly 1,400-square-foot space.
Menu items include specialty coffee, oat-milk drinks, house-made syrups, matcha, pastries and savory items.
Almond & Oat is located at 1300 S Casino Center Boulevard, near Colorado Avenue, and is open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
