NORTH LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — North Las Vegas wants residents to help shape the city’s future, launching a new community survey for its 2055 Master Plan.
The survey asks people where the city should focus over the next 25 years. That includes housing and neighborhood design, traffic and mobility, jobs and economic development, parks and open space, sustainability, public services, and community safety.

Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown said North Las Vegas has added about 100,000 new residents since the last master plan was completed in 2006, and the community’s needs have changed. She said the new plan will help decide how the city invests in neighborhoods and strengthens services.
The survey is part of a year-long outreach effort that will also include community events and stakeholder meetings. The city and its planning consultants will use that input, along with economic and environmental data, to draft the 2055 Master Plan.
Residents can take the survey online through mid-November at cityofnorthlasvegas.com/masterplan.
